Grandma's Fresh Summer Vegetable Salad
- A great way to use summer produce

Marinade:
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
- Dash of sea salt
Vegetables:
- Cucumbers, sliced
- Sweet onions, sliced
- Bell peppers, sliced
- Tomatoes, cut in wedges
Instructions:
- Mix vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until dissolved
- Add cucumbers, onions, and peppers
- Refrigerate 2-3 hours
- Add tomatoes right before serving
- Keep leftovers and add more vegetables as needed
This salad not only tastes like Summer in a bowl but it conjures up memories of our entire family at our family farm in Ohio. As soon as the garden starts to produce veges we start making this staple. Enjoy!
